1. What is your 100% customer commitment and satisfaction guarantee?

If you are in any way not satisfied with the product that you receive, simply return the item within 30 days from initial shipment date (some restrictions apply) and we will issue a refund for the product. Click here to get detailed information on how to do this.

2. What if the item(s) I received are incorrect or damaged?

Contact customer service, click here, and give us detailed information on your circumstances. It is your responsibility to contact us within 14 days of shipment date (international customers have 21 days).

3. What if my package gets lost in the mail?

All of the items we mail are insured for their respective values. If you do not receive your package within Canada Post.s delivery standard times, we will send out a replacement (US/Canadian customers after 21-28 days from initial delivery, International customers after 28-35 days from initial delivery).

4. How do I place an order?

New customers will need to register first and make a user name and password. Then, once you have selected the products that you would like to purchase, simply click on .proceed to checkout. and you will be prompted to enter you user name and password. Select your shipping and payment options to finish the transaction. Existing / returning customers do not need to register again. Simply pick the products you would like to purchase and follow the easy prompts.

5. Is this site secure?

We have two very secure methods of payments; Paypal and credit card. Paypal is very secure. Please go to www.paypal.com to register or for more information. The payment gateway we use for our credit card transactions are from Internet Secure which is AIS/SSL certified. Once you have processed your credit card transaction, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation with the purchase amounts, shipping costs and any taxes incurred. 6. Do you accept cheques or money orders as methods of payment? What other forms of payment are there?

We only accept money orders from Canadian and US residents. We will accept any Canadian bank or post office money order. However, due to bank policies regarding US money orders, we only accept US International Postal Money Orders which can be purchased from any US post office. Please make all money orders payable to:

If paying by money order, please click on customer service and e-mail us with your requests.

We also accept Paypal and credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Just choose what you would like and once you click on proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to make your payment selection.

7. When will my item(s) be shipped?

We will ship your item(s) 24-72 hours after an order is placed.

8. When will I receive my product?

Our delivery standards are noted when you choose your shipping option.

Yes, we will try our best. Please go to our Customer Service section on our home page and send your special requests. We will contact you within 24-36 hours.
